Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Owner to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) Authentication Product Team. In this role, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of authentication capabilities that secure access to our enterprise systems and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication solutions. If you came out of IAM and engineering, this role may be perfect for you to step into product.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize the product backlog for authentication services, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.

Lead the development and enhancement of authentication mechanisms including:

FIDO2/WebAuthn for passwordless authenticationMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA) strategies and implementationsFederated Identity Protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)Privileged Access Authentication and session controlCollaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to deliver high-quality authentication features.

Translate complex technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in authentication and IAM.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impactAct as key participant in large-scale planningReview and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areaInfluence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirementsLead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesStrategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsPotentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
