Full-TimeHybrid$120,000 - $150,000 /yr Posted May 27, 2025 Our financial services client is looking for a Lead Digital Product Manager to play a key role in their efforts to create a cohesive product experience across their multiple digital products.
Currently, each product has its own separate web/mobile experience and the organization plans to create one space for customers to access and interact with these together. The Lead Digital Product Manager will partner across teams to both develop and drive this multi-product strategy and have experience across the full product lifecycle. This is a full-time, direct role and will be hybrid, onsite at least 2x per week in one of the following cities: New York City, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Irving, TX, or Charlotte, NC.
Lead Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with Digital leadership to shape and execute a critical multi-year digital initiative spanning several business areas and functions and driving top-level visibility across the organization.
- Act as a key driver in defining a product strategy that integrates design, technical requirements, and operational execution.
- Craft strategies to protect core business performance goals while driving large scale change in UX enhancement of our products and features.
- Apply agile product development and customer centric design thinking principles to support several product verticals within the company in delivering on a unified deliverable.
- Ensure cohesion across several teams collaborating toward a single objective, identifying and monitoring dependencies and ensuring unified delivery from concept to release.
- Maintain a continuous bird’s eye view of all program priorities, risks, issues, and status and take proactive action to de-risk program goals.
- Create and maintain roadmaps to provide visibility and alignment across working teams and to support executive reporting.
- Lead scrum-style coordination of cross functional teams to ensure clear communication and unblocking of issues and dependencies.
- Contribute and lead aspects of go-to-market planning partnering with operational and marketing business partners to ensure launch readiness.
Lead Digital Product Manger Requirements:
- Minimum of 6+ years working on digital consumer products, ideally at large, matrixed organizations.
- Customer obsession and a drive to deliver constant value while balancing the needs of our business
- Extensive hands-on experience working across the digital product development process: road mapping, problem definition, exploration, requirements documentation, front and back-end development, testing, and code deployment.
- Comfort and dexterity with data utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategies and assess results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort getting buy-in from leadership and peers on recommendations
- A self-starter who identifies opportunities and brings solutions to the table and whose leadership presence truly amplifies the entire cross-functional team.
- Previous experience within financial services is a plus! In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits
