Job Description

Product Analyst Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Product Analyst to join a core team driving the advancement of AI within an enterprise IT business unit. This person will play a critical role in evaluating and prioritizing product ideas and assisting with execution efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a passion for value-driven innovation. The key focus is on assessing product value, capturing business impact, and supporting execution from ideation through delivery.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and core team members to assess and prioritize product ideas. Help define quick value propositions to support ranking and prioritization. Assist in execution of selected products, tracking KPIs and outcomes alongside the Product Owner. Lead metrics gathering, dashboarding, and value capture initiatives. Support change management, reporting, and visualization of ongoing performance. Leverage workshops and collaborative sessions to intake and drive product strategy. Create business cases and ROI analysis to support decision-making. Participate in user research and story development for product initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and data-driven environment.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in a Product Analyst or related role. Strong understanding of product value assessment and ROI analysis. Experience with analytics, metrics tracking, and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Collaborative working style and ability to drive change through influence. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or related field OR 9+ years of equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Nice to
