Assist Product Owners in user research, story writing, and requirements gathering. Perform critical product team functions such as: Process mapping & analysis Value stream mapping ROI analysis Methods and metrics development Develop and implement quality assurance plans to support successful product launches. Support organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions. Collaborate across product teams to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and support business cases. Create visual dashboards and tools to track performance, outcomes, and data insights. Lead or contribute to efforts to quantify opportunity areas with limited available data.
Required Qualifications:
Green Belt Six Sigma certification (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with the ability to present insights clearly across all levels of the organization. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities. Demonstrated curiosity and a bias toward action and learning. Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence change through teamwork and insight.
Preferred Qualifications:
Black Belt Six Sigma certification. 5+ years of experience in a related business or product analysis role. Experience in the utility industry or other regulated industries. Strong experience building business cases from limited or unstructured data. Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
