Product Coach/Agile Coach – Join Our Transformation Journey! We are looking for an experienced Product Coach to join our team and play a key role in driving product mindset and practices across the organization, focusing on coaching Product Managers and Product Owners, sharing knowledge about the product discovery, development and measurement. Product-oriented mindset and experience with coaching product organization, or product management experience, will be essential in this role. You will be part of the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), guiding product leaders, executives, and teams to develop a product mindset and achieve business agility. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leaders through change, enhancing collaboration, and driving meaningful business outcomes. IDEAL PRODUCT COACH WOULD HAVE
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager and ideally 1+ years in coaching Product Managers Deep understanding of Product Management practices, including mindset, values, and tools Ability to tailor coaching methods to meet organizational needs Experience designing and delivering effective and engaging training Focus on outcome – creatively solves problems to ensure goals and objectives are met Ability to build relationships with senior leaders to influence and inspire change Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Provide tailored coaching to Product Managers, leaders, and teams throughout the Product Development Process Collaborate with product leaders to create clear strategies and outcome-based plans Develop and deliver comprehensive Product Management training programs Develop tools, templates, and written guidance to support Product Managers Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in product outcomes Foster growth and development of Product Managers and Product Owners as coach, mentor, and teacher #LI-PG1 Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
