- In this role, you will:
- + Manage and develop specialized teams of managers and professional individual contributors + Analyze customer and results-oriented information + Perform market research related to development and testing of services and products + Identify opportunities and strategies for establishing pricing policies, distribution strategies, technical systems, and customer requirements + Manage companywide efforts to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, training, and ongoing product and service management + Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical product line issues to meet deliverables + Interpret and develop range of new products or product lines and product life cycle management for functions with moderate to high complexity and risk + Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders + Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management + Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy •
Required Qualifications:
- + 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 4+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:
- + Current or prior experience with Fraud and Claims + Technology experience and understanding of the SDLC lifecycle + Experience in development of product strategies and roadmaps, management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery with emphasis in the Fraud and Claims space + Experience utilizing Product Management disciplines of leading, coaching, and motivating teams to deliver value in alignment with OKRs + Ability to bring successful products to market on time, incorporating a variety of development and delivery strategies (third party, insourcing, outsourcing) + Experience delivering products using agile /scrum principles + Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, using analytical skills and orientation in making decisions + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to effectively build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization + Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities + Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization, translating data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations + Experience navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery of optimal value to the customer and the business •
