You will also be responsible for managing and refining our SDLC workflows and processes, as well as leading typical scrum ceremonies. This individual will be highly collaborative across the organization and associated business units. This role requires proven stakeholder management and leadership to direct our teams and ensure that our enterprise applications continue to operate efficiently and meets business objectives and goals.

What You’ll Do:

Responsible for managing and/or assisting with enterprise applications, such as CRM/Workflow application and related/integrated applications. Product Development Strategy & Execution Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather business requirements, goals, & expected outcomes, for planning and execution by product and engineering teams. Translate business requirements into actionable User Stories/bugs/tasks/etc for the engineering team. Create and maintain roadmap for products you manage, as well as providing guidance and insight for product org roadmap. Work with Senior Leadership to refine product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals. SDLC Process Management Manage and refine existing SDLC workflows and processes to ensure best practices are being implemented and followed. Responsible for managing scrum activities and ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog grooming. Plan and manage releases and deployments, create and document release notes, as well as communicate releases with Stakeholders and involved parties Manages priority and collaborates with Engineering to define and maintain the Technology Roadmap Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering and various Business Stakeholders (such as Marketing and Sales) to define cross-departmental goals and projects Project Management Responsible for planning & managing product initiatives & projects, as well as assisting with related projects. Proactively communicate project recommendations, updates, challenges, and solutions in a clear and concise manner

What You’ll Bring:

3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or similar role within an Agile development environment In-depth knowledge of SDLC workflows and processes specifically in an Agile environment using scrum Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive objectives and outcomes with engineering and product teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. Product management experience with enterprise applications, such as CRM and/or ERP Product management experience working in MarTech, FinTech, and/or Process Technology Experience working on multiple concurrent projects Experience with product and project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana Experience working in both web and mobile app development Working knowledge of engineering processes, concepts, and tools, such as deployment processes and Github.

Near-term objectives:

Develop thorough understanding of product and tech stack. Develop thorough understanding of existing processes and workflows around divisional operations, specifically where they are supported by the Product and Engineering team. Integrate into existing projects and project planning where it relates to enterprise applications. Comprehensive understanding of project goals, completed tasks, status, and remaining work to be completed. Comprehensive understanding of how projects impact product plans and initiatives, as well as how product initiatives and plans impact projects.
