Job Overview
The Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for individual products within a product group. This role is responsible for translating business and customer needs into actionable product requirements and managing the product lifecycle through development, prioritization, and execution. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Define and manage OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) aligned with organizational goals.
Lead customer/user journey definition and usability decisions.
Translate product vision into roadmaps and prioritize backlog features.
Lead Agile ceremonies, align cross-functional workstreams, and ensure product value delivery.
Define and monitor customer success metrics.
Collaborate with other product managers and business leaders to manage trade-offs.
Contribute to engineering prioritization and product plan alignment using data.
Participate in product marketing efforts to align vision across teams.
Work closely with engineering teams to build data tracking and monitoring systems.
Define and monitor product health and business impact through key metrics. Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
4+ yrs exp

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in one or more: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience in product or experience management
Agile software environment experience with strong writing ability
Experience working cross-functionally and with senior leadership
Proven ability to translate data into actionable deliverables Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Required Skills (Top 3 Non-Negotiables)
Agile Experience – minimum 4 years
Technical Product Management
Strong Communication Skills Software Skills Required
Stakeholder Management

Business Case Development
