Role Overview:
The Product Manager, Reporting will play a critical role in defining, designing, and delivering Wellnecitys reporting and analytics solutions. This individual will be responsible for translating client needs and strategic objectives into intuitive, actionable reports and dashboards that drive insight and value.
This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and business outcomes, requiring strong collaboration with engineering, analytics, and client-facing teams.

Reporting and Location:
This position will report into the Product team and can be based in Charlotte, NC, or remote for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development efforts for Wellnecitys reporting and dashboard capabilities.
Define and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
Create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes that guide development and improve reporting usability.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to align reporting with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Collaborate closely with client-facing teams to gather feedback and translate insights into enhancements.
Establish success metrics and monitor the adoption of reporting tools.
Drive continuous improvement in user experience and visual clarity of analytic outputs.
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or reporting platforms; Masters degree preferred. Strong UX/UI design skills, including wireframing and prototyping (e.g., using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools).Demonstrated success in launching reporting features or dashboards that serve internal or external users.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, analytics, and business teams.
Strong understanding of data concepts, including SQL and BI tools.
Proven ability to define product requirements and prioritize development backlogs.
Experience working directly with clients and users to gather feedback and iterate on reporting tools.
Experience using Tableau; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Experience/Skills:
Experience with healthcare data (e.g., medical claims, pharmacy claims, enrollment).Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy in healthcare reporting.
