As a Salesforce Platform Owner at Citco, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform to meet business needs and enhance customer experience. This role will be part of the growing client experience team and will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and client service, to drive the development and optimization of Salesforce platform capabilities that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Vision and Strategy:
Develop and communicate a clear platform vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions that align with Citco’s business goals and client needs. Stay informed about industry trends and Salesforce innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams, to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into actionable user stories and product features.
Backlog Management:
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with strategic priorities and deliver maximum value to the business.
Development Oversight:
Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
User Experience:
Champion user-centric design and ensure that Salesforce solutions provide an intuitive and seamless experience for end-users.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all Salesforce implementations are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements.
Training and Support:
Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce solutions.
Performance Metrics:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Salesforce initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Architect or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud are required. Additional understanding of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Financial Services Cloud is desirable but not required. Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
