Job Description
- What You’ll Do
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help manage and improve our Insider Threat Program!
This role requires a blend of product owner and technology risk management skills. This role will collaborate with key functions across the enterprise to develop prioritized threat scenarios and approaches to resisting, identifying, and responding to those threats. They will drive the identification and acquisition of data sources and recommend the implementation of new controls that are aligned to these objectives.
- Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
- + Take ownership for the vision, strategic and operational roadmaps, and daily execution needed for the Insider Threat Program.
+ Responsible for helping define and execute program objectives, operating within financial and resource constraints. + Create an insider threat policy or update existing policies to formalize the program. + Manages dependencies within the program and assists in building out the program team. Build relationships across the enterprise to advance program initiatives. + Be accountable for multiple control initiatives to include design, requirements development, data acquisition, test, deployment, and operations from start to finish that will reduce the organizations exposure to insider risk. + Collaborate with internal investigative teams to ensure events are appropriately triaged, investigated, remediated, and documented. + Develop Metrics to help measure and improve the program over time and drive continuous improvement. + Partner with internal teams to develop training on potential insider threat scenarios.
- Who You Are
- We’re looking for someone with:
- + 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education.
+ 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders. + Hands-on experience managing a relevant product or program (preference towards insider threat or cyber defense). + Demonstrated success establishing product strategy. + Demonstrated success in both discovery and delivery against product outcomes. + Ability to informally lead and drive large scale projects with high collaboration. + Excellent presentation skills in order to speak to a variety of audiences, including written and oral communication.
- Additional preferred technical experience:
- + Experience designing, deploying, and operating technology solutions, especially with advanced analytical capabilities.
+ Operationalizing insider threat detection and response activities, especially in complex technical and business organizations. + Deep understanding of technical, legal and HR issues as they relate to monitoring user behavior in a corporate environment, including international corporate environments. + Information security and risk management processes and controls including security. + operations, security architecture, security assessments, security engineering, risk management, and compliance.

- Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries.
Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
- Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
- $123000 – $167000 / year
- Time Off Program
- Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

- This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
