Job Description:

This SeniorProduct Manager will lead a pod of Product Managers and ProductOwners, balancing business, technology, and design priorities todeliver exceptional product and service experiences. The roleinvolves working closely with the Product Owner to translate thevision into detailed epics and features for prioritization by theAgile team.

The candidate will develop and maintain a strategicdelivery roadmap aligned with business goals, operating at bothstrategic and tactical levels-generating growth ideas and analyzingdata to solve problems. They will monitor demand, customerexperience, and conversion metrics, with potential collaborativeroles alongside Product Owners from business and technicalsides.

Ideal candidates will have strong relevant technologyexperience and familiarity with Scaled Agile frameworks, capable ofbridging communication between business stakeholders and technicalteams to prioritize high-value deliverables.

This position alsoencompasses defining the overall vision and experience acrossrelevant ecosystem components within their domain.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities Lead a product pod of Product Managers and Product Owners,prioritizing and managing work across epics and features. Research and analyze target client segments to understand theirneeds and financial behaviors. Analyze market and competitive landscapes to craft adifferentiated product vision based on data and experience. Collaborate with partners to align strategies and develop adelivery roadmap supporting business objectives. Engage stakeholders across business and operational areas inplanning and project execution. Write epics and features supporting the roadmap, prioritizingwith partners across teams. Set Program Increment (PI) vision, priorities, and definitions,collaborating on feature prioritization and timelines. Develop feature backlogs, including discovery, prototypes,usability studies, demos, and analytics planning. Secure partner approvals, including legal, compliance,security, and fraud teams. Partner on pricing strategies and ensure billingcompliance. Create and monitor product metrics to inform strategy and shareinsights with partners. Coordinate with Readiness teams to develop client andteammate-facing content. Manage risks by adhering to Product Management Lifecycleprocesses, supporting security, audit, and compliance efforts, andmeeting deadlines. Participate in Agile ceremonies asapplicable.

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, technology,or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of experience in banking, financial services,or relevant fields. Minimum of 3 years in product management, analysis, technology,or design. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong strategic and tactical planning skills. Experience with experience programs or partnershipinitiatives. Proven ability to use data analytics and testing to informdecisions. Ability to lead without formal authority. Comfort managing multiple projects in a results-drivenenvironment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiationskills.

Preferred:

Experience as a Product Manager in Agile teams. Experience working with distributed teams. Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager orequivalent.

Other Requirements Constant sitting (over 50%), frequent standing and walking(25-50%). Visual, audio, speaking abilities to interpret client info andcommunicate effectively. Manual dexterity for standard office equipment. Availability to work all scheduled hours, includingovertime.
