This Senior Product Manager role will be the work leadfor a pod of Product Managers and Product Owners. This role is aProduct Manager who balances business, technology and designpriorities to deliver brand-defining product and serviceexperiences. The Product Manager will work with the Product Ownerto convert the vision into a level of detail that the Product Ownerand Agile delivery team can then prioritize as epics andfeatures. The Product Manager has business goals and is responsible fordeveloping and maintaining a strategic delivery roadmap thatsupports those business goals. This position must be able to workat the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) andat the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, andworking with delivery teams for development). This position willhelp monitor and drive the business on all aspects of demand,customer experience, and conversion.
NOTE:
In some Agile teams,there may be Product Owners/Managers from both the Business and theTech side. In that case, the role will remain the same and there isjoint accountability for the Agile team’s results. In rareinstances, where the business cannot provide a resource, a Techresource could step in to fulfill the responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working intechnologies relevant to the area in which they are assigned, inaddition to using a Scaled Agile development framework. This personshould be able to move fluidly between business stakeholders andtechnology teams to prioritize the highest value items fordelivery. Taking a holistic perspective, this position is responsible fordefining the vision and experience across all relevant pieces ofthe ecosystem within their area of responsibility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work lead for a product pod made up Product Managers and ProductOwners. Prioritizes and leads work effort across epics andfeatures.2. Research, analyze, and learn about a target clientsegment, to garner a deep understanding of their segment and thatsegment’s financial needs. 3. Analyze the market and competitive environment to define adifferentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translateanalyses into sound recommendations based on data andexperience. 4. Collaborate with a wide variety of partners to align on strategyand develop a delivery roadmap that supports business goals. 5. Collaborate and engage key stakeholders, including lines ofbusiness, operations, and other functional areas in the planningand execution of projects. 6. Write epics and features in support of the defined roadmap,working with partners to prioritize across teams. 7. Set Planning Increment (PI) vision, priority and definition,partnering with product owners on feature prioritization anddelivery timelines. 8. Develop feature backlog roadmap, leading high level deliverablesincluding discovery, prototypes/wireframes, usability studies,partner demos, and web analytics planning. 9. Obtain partner alignment and approvals including legal,compliance, security, fraud and others as needed. 10. Partner to set Pricing and ensure billing follows allassociated processes and procedures. 11. Create and track product metrics to inform strategy androadmap, sharing analysis with partners. 12. Work with Readiness to create client and teammate facingcontent. 13.
Risk management:
Ensure all Product Management Lifecycle (PML)process & procedures are followed, supporting security, risk,audit, and more, and ensure action items and deadlines are met.
Support risk presentations, working with other PM and PO partnerson evidence to support recommendations. 13. Attend Agile ceremonies, as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS
RequiredQualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, ortechnology field; or related field or equivalent combination ofeducation and professional experience 2. Five or more years of banking, financial services, or otherrelevant work experience 3. Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/ordesign experience 4. Three or more years of leading cross functional teams 5. Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tacticaldaily execution 6. Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/orpartnership based programs 7. Experience defining and delivering large-scale onlineinitiatives 8. Proven ability to use data analytics, research and testingmethodologies to drive business decisions, diagnose problems, andrecommend action plans to resolve issues 9. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formalauthority 10. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based,results-driven environment 11. Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, andmaking independent decisions 12. Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication,and negotiation 13. Experience in roles requiring strong communication andinterpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinctpresentations to explain and sell plans/vision
PreferredQualifications:
1. Previous experience working as a Product Manager for Agileteam(s) 2. Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore) 3. Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent)
