Senior Product Manager Deposit Products Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

This role is part of the Ameriprise Bank Deposit Products group.

Ameriprise Bank is a fully digital bank that launched in 2019. Itis a fast-growing start-up within Ameriprise Financial. We seek anexperienced banking industry professional with strong marketing andproduct development experience in consumer checking, savings and CDaccounts to help continue to grow our bank deposits business. Theposition will support product development and management ofAmeriprise Bank deposit products, focusing on deposit productdesign, development, implementation, and enhancement of ourconsumer checking, savings, and CD products. Your contributionswill shape and deliver a high-quality digital banking experienceand contribute to the successful growth of Ameriprise Bank.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead and execute initiatives to support bankdeposit product growth while ensuring alignment with regulatory andinternal standards.
• Play a key role in writing content for clientand advisor facing product information and supporting marketingcampaign management in both creative and analytics capacity.
• Manage and coordinate across all elements of product sales campaigncycle from concept through campaign fulfillment processes, inpartnership with product managers, marketing managers, and otherinternal partners.
• Collaborate with group leaders, productmanagers, compliance, legal and marketing teams to create alignmentand ensure effective execution of assigned initiatives.
• Maintainteam project trackers and status updates to ensure timelyinformation availability and support project execution.
• Provideeffective leadership for assigned initiatives within a matrixedorganization that values collaboration and attention to detail.
• Lead the execution of assigned product initiatives, focused ondeveloping and enhancing banking products.
• Write detailed productrequirements to turn product concepts into executable developmentactions.
• Deliver results through collaboration with technology,operations, digital, finance, compliance, legal, risk, marketing,and other internal partners
• Monitor and maintain knowledge levelof industry, product, and competitor trends.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7years’ experience in marketing, product management or related role.
• 5 years’ experience in consumer or digital banking depositproduct management or marketing experience
• Exceptional writingand editing skills, to deliver messaging with clarity, accuracy,and brand consistency.
• Experience supporting client retention andgrowth through effective planning and execution of growthinitiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projectsand executing with high attention to detail.
• Strong ability totake ownership of projects and drive execution, including creatingstakeholder alignment.
• Experience managing product developmentprojects including writing business requirements and executingsuccessful project initiatives.
• Strong financial competence andanalytics ability to prepare simple cost benefit analysis usingExcel, understand and interpret financial data, and developbusiness cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or background inbusiness, economics, marketing, technical writing or related field.
• Understanding of the investment industry.
• FINRA Series 7license.
