THE POSITION
LendingTree is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead ourexperimentation and funnel optimization efforts across digitalexperiences. This role will be pivotal in enhancing userexperiences and driving revenue growth through rigorous A/B andmultivariate testing. You will be responsible for managing andscaling a comprehensive experimentation program and workingcollaboratively with product, marketing, design, engineering, andanalytics teams to continuously improve funnel performance and userengagement. A critical component of this role will be balancingdeep analysis with creative problem-solving and exceptionalstakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Management :
Design and oversee end-to-end A/B andmultivariate testing strategies, from hypothesis generation toexecution and analysis, ensuring statistical rigor and alignmentwith key business objectives. Create processes to scaleexperimentation while delivering quick results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
Partner with product, marketing, design, analytics, and businessleadership teams to identify, prioritize, and execute experimentsthat improve the customer journey across digital touchpoints formultiple lines of business. Effectively communicate experimentfindings and insights to stakeholders across the organization,including executive leadership.
Champion Customer Experience :
Identify and advocate for userexperience improvements, ensuring that experimentation strategiesalign with customer needs and pain points while driving businessgoals such as higher engagement, conversion, and retention.
Roadmap & Prioritization :
Coordinate across multipledepartments to understand needs and opportunities. Develop andmanage a rolling, prioritized testing roadmap that is aligned withoverarching business and user experience goals.
KPI Tracking & Reporting :
Ongoing tracking of key performancemetrics. Assess experiment effectiveness and provide clear,actionable reporting on test results. Provide regular updates toleadership on the performance of experimentation programs, offeringinsights to inform product and business strategy
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Demonstrated ability to identifyareas for improvement within product workflows. Leveraging data andinsights to drive measurable enhancements in performance,usability, and customer satisfaction.
Mentorship & Team Development :
Mentor junior team members,fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning withthe end user in mind. Help shape the organization’s experimentationpractices and evangelize data-driven decision-making acrossteams.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in product management or CRO roles, witha strong focus on A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and directto consumer digital experiences. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, orrelated field. Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities,driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, userengagement, and business metrics through rigorous testing andoptimization strategies. Demonstrated ability to move initiatives forward quickly in afast-paced, results-oriented environment. Experience with traffic acquisition through multiple digitalmarketing channels (e.g., paid search, display ads, SEO, social)and media buying strategies. Excellent communication andcollaboration skills, with the ability to influencecross-functional teams and executive stakeholders using data andexperiment results. Strong understanding of customer experience principles, theability to recognize phenomenal design and design experiments withuser-centric focus. Experience with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO,Adobe Target), web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Adobe Analytics), and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) all aplus. Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (e.g., Bayesianstatistics, multi-arm bandit testing). Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to drawactionable insights from complex datasets and provide clearrecommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in financial services, lead generation, or asimilar industry is preferred, but not required.
