Key Responsibilities Develop the long-term vision of a product portfolio orstrategic capability that drives strategies, requirements, androadmaps; understand the competitive landscape and directlyinfluence the enterprise in how it makes portfolio-specificdecisions; own the different product roadmaps that make up theproduct portfolio and influence investment choices that yieldlong-term customer benefits in support of the vision. Develop a culture of innovation and experimentation andencourage initiatives that address customer needs. Own annual planning for the product portfolio and representstrategy in discussions with leadership and executive stakeholders.

Plan and advocate for required workforce resources. Develop and manage the long-term (three- to five-year) view ofthe product portfolio or strategic capability, making trade-offdecisions on multiple products and product groups. Determinerelease goals, prioritization, implementation, and iteration ofproducts within the product portfolio or strategic capability.

Define key processes for the team to effectively track developmentwork. Leverage enterprise-wide resources to drive improved synergiesand efficiencies within the product portfolio or strategiccapability. Engage with internal and external thought leaders todrive product leadership within the portfolio. Lead and own requirements documents for all products within theproduct portfolio or strategic capability. Own the user experience and set the direction for the design ofthe user experience of products within the product portfolio orstrategic capability. Ensure customer and business goals remainaligned with identified customer needs. Set the strategy forcustomer engagement and lead its execution. Partner with relevant stakeholders and lead and own thedevelopment of launch and go-to-market plans of products within theproduct portfolio or strategic capability. Identify issues that may delay the launch or impede the successof products in the product portfolio or strategic capability,communicate to leadership, assess alternatives to resolve, and takeaction to resolve. Own and develop mechanisms to ensure post-launch learnings arecaptured into best practices frameworks or templates andevangelized and utilized in future product launches across theenterprise. Leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis,drive decision-making, assess the health and effectiveness ofproducts and related P&L impacts, and deliver recommendationsto key stakeholders. Work with cross-functional product management teams to drivework across other product teams and help move and prioritize workinto other product backlogs. Lead a team in support of achieving the company’s mission.

Minimum Qualifications 12 years of experience in two or more of the following: projectmanagement, product management, business analysis, programmanagement, experimentation, or product marketing. 8 years of experience in product and/or experiencemanagement. 7 years of leadership experience with direct reportresponsibility. 5 years of experience managing teams and priorities acrossmultiple stakeholders. 5 years of experience managing operational and/or projectfinancial budgets. Experience leading cross-functional projects with design,engineering, and analytics resources. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering,communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience inlieu of degree).Preferred Skills/Experience•We encourage you toapply even if you do not have all the preferred skills orexperience.• Experience building, deploying, and measuring digital andfield-based tests and proofs of concept. Experience working with software development teams to launchonline products. Experience with large scale order management and inventorysystems. Experience with customer relationship management systems. Strong financial acumen. Master’s Degree in business administration or similar advanceddegree.
