We believe life’s better when everything works together—and the same applies to how we operate our business. Join our award-winning team as we continue to deliver innovative, personalized smart living and smart business experiences to customers around the world.
The Senior Director of Product Management will report to the Vice President of Product Management for Exclusive Brands and serve as a Business Unit (BU) leader overseeing a diverse, high-revenue product portfolio. This role is responsible for setting the vision and driving execution across multiple product categories—potentially spanning both Entertainment and Physical Infrastructure categories—while leading and developing a team of experienced product managers.
With P&L responsibility for a large portfolio, the ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong business acumen, customer and market insight, and operational discipline. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close partnership with engineering, sourcing, operations, sales, and marketing. The successful candidate will not only define product strategies but also elevate team capabilities, inspire a high-performance culture, and ensure flawless execution across all phases of the product lifecycle.

JOB DUTIES
  • Serve as strategic and operational leader for a multi-category product portfolio, accountable for Exclusive Brand revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-term business health.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Champion talent development across the team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and creating opportunities for career progression.
  • Develop and drive category roadmaps grounded in market opportunity, customer insight, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead annual and semi-annual strategic planning, aligning product investments with business objectives and resource capacity.
  • Manage product lifecycle decisions including portfolio planning, pricing, SKU optimization, and supplier transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver impactful go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Present business cases and product strategies to executive leadership to secure alignment, funding, and prioritization.
  • Act as an internal thought leader and external category ambassador—staying attuned to evolving market trends, technologies, and customer expectations.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for growth across customer segments, sales channels, and adjacent markets.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing teams and portfolios.
  • Proven success leading and developing product managers at different stages of their careers.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen with direct P&L ownership, business case development, and investment prioritization experience.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
WE VALUE
  • Experience in consumer electronics, AV integration, or adjacent industries with multi-channel distribution models.
  • Familiarity with both digital and physical product categories, including infrastructure, audio/video, and display solutions.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Engineering or technical background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and performance tracking.
