This position is based at our onsite Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe’s Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cuttingedge technology, collaborative workspaces, an onsite barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product planning, development, and launch processes, including maintaining a prioritized product backlog aligned with strategy and datadriven prioritization.
Conduct customer research using market research, internal studies, and competitive analysis to uncover gaps and inform product roadmaps.
Manage scaled launches, track product launch metrics, and iterate based on feedback.
Represent the team in productlevel discussions, collaborate with stakeholders to address complex problems, prioritize customer issues, drive adoption, and monitor product KPIs.
Provide UX/UI approval, direction to crossfunctional teams, communicate updates, and work closely with internal and external parties to ensure support upon product delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
Experience working crossfunctionally in a large organization with senior leadership
Experience working closely with senior leadership
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education

Master’s degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
Experience providing guidance and direction to crossfunctional resources
Certified Scrum Product Owner
Experience telling stories using Figma.
