Job Description

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Senior Manager to support requirements and implementation for Know Your Customer (KYC) workflow responsible to delivery new centralized solutions for the enterprise. In this role, you will: Manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategy Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers Interact directly with vendors Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

Prior Product Ownership experience delivering large transformation applications

BSA & AML

policy experience Stakeholder management Ability to understand and translate complex requirements into user stories

Job Expectations:

Must be flexible with availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled, and respond to alarm monitoring as needed 10% Travel or as needed Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office required Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
