About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Fraud Detection Operations Product Enablement Team in Fraud & Claims Management. Intake Triage and Assessment:

Be the first point of contact for incoming product requests. Analyze requests, identify correlation to the product roadmap, objectives, and key results; detect dependencies, and assess upstream and downstream impacts

Feature Decomposition:

Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services. Breakdown complex requests into plain language, clearly articulating the problem, desired outcome, and end-to-end customer experience. Support the product owners in creating manageable

Epics and Features Subject Matter Expertise:

Review and analyze complex major product lines and services. Champion effective rollouts by acting as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned solutions. May lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements, projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Product Management Support:

Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and propose initiatives to enhance product enablement. Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio’s technology process work of low to moderate complexity

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Scrum teams

Escalation Management:

Identify and manage issues and escalate concerns when necessary

Reporting and Analysis:

Build dashboards and reports to track product success, monitor, and

Confidently present product insights and recommendations to product leadership

Agile Methodology:

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application to product development

Tool Expertise:

Proficient in JIRA and Confluence for project management and knowledge sharing

Risk Management:

Lead with a risk mindset and demonstrating sound risk-management practices. Oversee risk management to meet deliverables, drive new initiatives, help make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services or Fintech Product Management with execution of the entire product development process 4+ years of experience with Fraud & Claims product or operations 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Kanban boards Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence Military intelligence or analytics experience including operational management, project management, mission evolution management and finance management Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex product initiatives Experience with testing methodologies and managing product escalations Experience building and maintaining product dashboards and reports Understanding of Risk and Compliance considerations in product development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Self-motivated and proactive to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and tailoring messages to different audiences Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take ownership of new areas and changing business needs
