About the Role As Product Manager II you will own one or more product features and lead project execution in the Generative AI Drafting space. You will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on his/her deep and first-hand understanding of the customer. You will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones
Responsibilities Gathering, evaluating, and understanding customer use cases Maintaining close contact with customers to anticipate market trends Creating processes to recognize and address customer needs Aligning and coaching the team to ensure customer needs are met Understanding competitors and regulatory environment Segmenting markets and understanding sub-segment needs in detail Leveraging metrics to track progress on customer needs Accessing data from multiple sources and managing through data ambiguity Requirements Have a profound grasp of product management, acquired through extensive and invaluable experience. Be recognized as a full owner of a product or sizable feature Work with new product or product features to the market Lead product customer engagements resulting in positive commercial outcomes Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field or equivalent experience
