About this role: Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world. The International Payments and Liquidity team is seeking a strategic and execution focused Cross Border Payment Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and commercialization of cross-border payment solutions. This role will drive product innovation and strategy across Foreign Exchange (FX) wires, global ACH, receivables, and liquidity, ensuring seamless integration across various systems. The ideal candidate will blend deep market knowledge with strong stakeholder management to deliver scalable, client-centric solutions. In this role, you will: Oversee overall product management and strategy for cross border/cross currency products and services Articulate product vision, define scope, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver on cross border and cross currency product offerings Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery teams Define and execute cross border payments product roadmap aligned with team’s overall liquidity and international growth strategies. Identify market trends, client needs, and regulatory shifts to inform product’s evolution. Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to position FX solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Develop client-facing materials and training to support adoption and usage. Streamline onboarding and servicing processes to ensure parity across client experiences Monitor KPIs and client feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure all FX and cross border payment products meet internal risk standards and external regulatory requirements. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners on product governance.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) or cross-border payments. Strong understanding of SWIFT and various global clearing systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder environments. Ability to develop C-suite executive-ready presentations leveraging data and analytics Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage wide range of audiences Strong ability to collaborate and influence across lines of business at multiple levels; negotiating with senior business executives to create and manage strong relationships Proven ability to consult and advise across leadership, stakeholders and partners Proven track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced, dynamic and matrixed environment Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business need, and to operate in ambiguous, fast changing environments Self-motivation and be energetic and forward thinking

$133,300.00

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $111,100.00
