• We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Leader to spearhead the design and development of a next-generation fintech platform.

This platform will serve as a universal transaction ledger with robust reconciliation capabilities across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in fintech, finance operations, and product lifecycle management, and will lead cross-functional teams through solution architecture, vendor engagement, and delivery. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate:

$100 – $125 / hr. w2

• Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Leadership
• + Define and own the product vision and roadmap for a universal ledger and reconciliation platform. + Lead solution design workshops and planning sessions with stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, and Compliance. + Translate complex financial workflows into scalable product features, ensuring alignment with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Reconciliation & Ledger Architecture
• + Architect a reconciliation engine that spans billing, payment processing, and ledger systems. + Evaluate and drive decisions between custom-built solutions and Oracle Cloud-based implementations (or like systems). + Ensure data integrity and traceability across APIs, cloud infrastructure, and financial subsystems.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement
• + Serve as the primary liaison with PwC and other third-party vendors to align on solution design, compliance, and audit-readiness. + Collaborate with internal teams to map dependencies and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Execution & Delivery
• + Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management. + Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution. + Track KPIs and success metrics related to reconciliation accuracy, latency, and operational efficiency.

• Experience Requirements:

• + 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in fintech or financial systems.

+ Proven experience building or modernizing reconciliation and ledger platforms. + Strong understanding of financial data flows, accounting principles, and compliance requirements. + Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or similar ERP systems is a plus. + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
