Monday – Friday Array Corporation is seeking a Product Management Director to join a growing and dynamic team! As a product management leader at Array, you will lead product strategy and execution of a rapidly evolving workforce solutions platform that powers the key pillars of our approach. You will be part of a highly customer-focused, collaborative, empowered, and results-oriented team that values continuous learning and innovation.
Job Description:
Drive quarterly product planning and roadmap reviews for our product line, including key stakeholders’ alignment meetings. Lead weekly cross-functional product reviews to ensure alignment and progress toward our goals. Identify and lead experiments that will improve the efficiency of our hiring, retention, redeployment, and managed operation processes. Partner with business stakeholders on customer discovery calls and validation of new product concepts. Develop and grow your team while helping them leverage AI tools to increase productivity and impact. Engage, motivate, and retain talent who keep the light on. Organize and coordinate work to deliver superior results. Shape the product strategy and vision that will support our planned IPO and be responsible for growing the product line to manage 1 million deployed talent (we call them Rays). Identify new monetization opportunities either as SaaS or agentic offerings sold to Array’s 3K customers.
Position Requirements:
Must have a track record of scaling existing products and launching new ones. Proven experience building and growing engaged, high-performing product teams. Experience building or working with agentic AI workflows and HR technology. Experience defining long-term strategies and aligning teams to deliver against them. Experience navigating executive conversations with clarity and confidence. Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and detailed execution. Demonstrated ability to break down problems into clear plans of action. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desired Skills:
Ability to own the product roadmap and prioritize investments that drive superior business outcomes. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Craft opinionated products with a strong intuition for product design and user experience. Launch fast, lean fast, consistently making data-informed decisions, but also comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. Strong software development lifecycle skills bring structure and maturity to the execution process. Comfortable with getting hands-on/scrappy and well-versed in using AI prototyping tools to deliver rapid solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for both product management and product design, managing a team of 4 product managers, 1 product designer, and a product line of multiple products spanning recruitment, talent allocation, talent management, and the data platform that powers our Results By Array industry solutions. You will report to the President of the Powered By Array Platform business and work closely with our engineering, data, and business teams to deliver workforce solutions that enable access to the American Dream.
