Client ProviderOperations Unit Job Duties:
  • Partner with business leaders/teamand Information Technology team to understand and drivetechnology/information requirements through internal and externalservice providers to achieve the required technology andinformation capabilities
  • Support Provider Operations activitiesto ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementationof new and existing processes and functionality in both the Clientsystem and the new Provider Data Management/CredentialsVerification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to include planning,requirements, prioritization, change requests, defects, training,and testing
  • As the Product Manager of our new product (PDM/CVO)you will define vision and strategy, understand customer and marketneeds, analyze competitors and products in the market, evaluateideas and incorporate feedback, create value for users andcustomers to deliver business goals, justify strategy, definestrategy, oversee product lifecycle, and define product priorities
  • Participate and collaboration with other workgroups to collectand analyze data; assist with testing and validation of data andbusiness processes; evaluate file layouts, risks of modifications,and downstream impacts to other systems; utilize systems toholistically research, identify and resolve errors with datatransmission; reporting and dashboarding, prioritize needs ofProvider Operations
  • Play an active role in organizing andexecuting technical projects
  • Work with lead the team of businessanalysts serving Provider Operations in relation to the PDM/CVOproject
  • Assist with other projects and activities as needed
