About the Job
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our SaaS decisioning capabilities that handles and responds to inbound content requests for our MarTech and AdTech customers. This platform is central to our mission of helping brands deliver personalized, performant content experiences across the entire customer engagement lifecycle—from acquisition and customer marketing to third-party content monetization.
As a Content Decisioning Product Manager, you will:
Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for MarTech and AdTech decisioning aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Prioritize features and capabilities based on impact, customer feedback, and market trends in MarTech and AdTech.
Perform product discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to understand use cases, pain points, and performance goals.
Work with engineering and data science teams to define requirements for core functionalities including:
Real-time rule-based and ML-driven decisioning
Contextual content targeting and personalization
Integration with CDPs, Ad Exchanges & SSPs and DSP’s

Performance & Optimization:

Ensure the system meets latency, scalability, cost and reliability standards required for high-volume content requests.
Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with MarTech or AdTech platforms
Strong understanding of real-time decision engines, content targeting, and personalization strategies
Experience working within Martech and Adtech ecosystems including APIs, data integrations, and platforms like CDPs, Ad Exchanges & SSPs and DSP’s
