Work directly alongside cross-functional teams to guide execution, ensuring continuous progress and alignment with goals
Oversee all aspects of Epic’s account systems, including authentication, authorization, account linking, and implementing two-factor authentication to enhance account security
Use analytics to design queries and evaluations that inform product decisions, set goals, and track progress

Extensive experience working with authentication technologies, including the implementation and integration of modern authentication protocols
Analytical mindset with the ability to design queries to support data-informed decisions, evaluations, and goal-setting
Proven track record of responding to emerging user insights and shifting market dynamics
Ability to thrive in an environment with little direction, create a vision, and find the resources to execute it
Exceptional communications skills – scaling from day-to-day collaboration to exec presentations
