Tuff-Crete Corporation (a sisterpany to Jamco Excavators LLC) is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team!

Your Role:

• Create and meet sales targets
• Provide administrative oversight for day-to-day operations
• Develop submittals, provide and maintain strongmunication with customer needs and requests
• Set yearly pricing per market conditions and overallpany costs
• Create shop drawings and provide custom designs for precast products
• Resolve design conflicts
• Maintain sales documentation in an organized fashion.
• Research for product development. Forecasting for short and long-term goals.
• Assisting ownership with management tasks

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science) preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows Office Suite and AutoCAD preferred.
• Experience in a technical role in manufacturing or construction preferred; on-the-job training offered.
• Sales experience a plus.
