About The Role We’re looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Hardware-as-a-Service digital signage and Screenhub software, empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions that fuel growth and optimize operations. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver a seamless, intuitive user experience across our technology stack. Your work will shape both hardware and software solutions that drive business success and operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities Own the end-to-end development and execution of the product roadmap for Cirrus Digital Sign Hardware and Screenhub Software, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and evolving market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Customer Success, Operations Delivery and Supply Chain to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact product launches. Leverage customer feedback, data analysis, and competitive research to inform product strategy and continuously improve the user experience across both hardware and software platforms. Foster strategic partnerships across technical teams and business stakeholders to drive prioritization and ensure coordinated execution. Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success, identify opportunities, and guide data-informed decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Monitor product performance across the portfolio to evaluate impact, support iteration, and drive continuous improvement. Role Qualifications 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering both hardware and software/SaaS products. Preferably in the B2B space, not a requirement. Experience managing full product lifecycles, from ideation and roadmap development through launch and iteration, across physical devices and digital platforms. Strong understanding of hardware and software integration challenges, including firmware, cloud-based systems, APIs, and user interface design. Customer-centric mindset, with demonstrated ability to gather insights, translate feedback into actionable product decisions, and advocate for user needs. Analytical and data-driven, with experience using metrics to drive decisions (e.g., A/B testing, cohort analysis, user engagement, churn, adoption). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Customer Success, Operations Delivery and Supply Chain. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
