Job Description:

Fast growing interconnect distributor is now searching for a dynamic individual. This person will assist our product management team at the Turnersville, NJ location.

Duties include:

Assisting product manager with data entry into Visual ERP and CRM Reviewing daily reporting and executing duties to ensure product progression Generating Purchase Orders Communicating with suppliers to ensure on time delivery and expediting products Communicating with sales to provide timely updates and status on open orders Investigating receiving issues and communicate with involved parties to bring to resolution Answering in bound calls Processing supplier returns Other tasks as assigned by product manager and/or management

Job Requirements:

Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Efficient with Microsoft Office products Ability to multi-task is critical Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrate success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in the Interconnect or Electronic distribution industry extremely helpful
