Please note:

This is a full-time, in-office position . Candidates must be comfortable working on-site daily, collaborating directly with legal and operational teams. About the Role As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and client-facing legal tech solutions. You’ll work alongside attorneys, operations professionals, developers, and external partners to design and implement tools that improve efficiency, transparency, and service quality. Your work will directly shape the digital transformation of a high-performing legal environment. Key Responsibilities Lead product discovery, roadmap planning, and execution for legal technology initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including attorneys, operations, and engineering—to define and deliver product requirements Translate legal and business needs into scalable digital solutions Manage product backlogs, lead sprint planning, and drive prioritization Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform ongoing product improvements Analyze usage data and outcomes to ensure product success and adoption Evaluate third-party platforms and vendors to support build vs. buy decisions Foster a product-focused mindset across the firm through structured processes and clear communication Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of product management experience , preferably in a professional services , B2B SaaS, or legal industry environment Proven track record of launching and managing digital products with complex, multi-stakeholder input Comfortable working in fast-paced, detail-oriented settings with high expectations for accuracy and follow-through Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in agile workflows and tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, etc.) Demonstrated user empathy and commitment to delivering practical, intuitive solutions Ability to work independently while driving alignment across internal teams Preferred Experience Background in law firms, legal operations, legal tech, or adjacent fields Familiarity with legal processes such as document automation, contract management, or compliance workflows Experience working with client portals, workflow management systems, or enterprise tools Consulting or startup experience in digital transformation projects is a plus Why This Role?
