Conexess is afull-service staffing firm offering contract, contract-to hire, anddirect placements. We have a wide range of recruiting capabilitiesextending from help desk technicians to CIOs. We are also capableof offering project-based work. Conexess Group is aiding a largehealthcare client in their search for a Product Manager in a hybridcapacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitivecompensation package. This is a hybrid position requiring acandidate local to Morris Plains, NJ to report on-site 3 days perweek

Schedule:

Mandatory onsite days: Tuesday and Wednesday, choiceof 3rd day

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the scope of work thatthe Agile Release Train (ART) will complete, and the vision androadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART). Owns aspects of theirtechnical products, leading business value creation and managingoverall product health. The role understands business andtechnology objectives, communicates the product vision and roadmap,and prioritizes and translates needs into requirements to ensurethat expected outcomes are achieved. Collaborate with agile teamsto build and manage new features and capabilities while deliveringdesired business impact, while providing thought leadership toProgram Governance activities such as prioritization andnegotiating with stakeholders on backlog priorities. Responsiblefor owning the technical roadmap and non-functional requirementsfor product (e.g. page rendering times, how long it takes to login, response on service calls). Work with disparate business groupsto optimize business and financial case for how technology willdeliver their projects. Create, evolve and communicate feature areaspecifications that form cohesive, iterative plans that align tothe multi release vision. Write Definition of Ready user storiesusing JIRA and maintain groomed backlog for business stakeholderpriorities, and incorporate architectural changes recommended byengineering into user stories. Proactively resolve upstreamdependencies and resolve conflict effectively across teams.

Advocate for process improvements through an understanding of theengineering lifecycle and previous experience. Monitor andinstrument products for business outcomes and tech product health.

Integrate and deploy tooling (e.g. Git and Jenkins) for team (placehold capacity). Enable test automation (i.e. acceptance criteriashould be clear, agreed upon and tests should be automated). Focuson reducing technical debt to deliver value in terms of efficiencyand quality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related fieldpreferred 2-4 years relevant experience. Previous coding experiencepreferred but not necessary.
