Morristown, NJ About the Job The Product Manager, MenQuadfi US willbe responsible for supporting the development of franchise strategyand driving impactful execution. This role will report directlyinto the Head, Mainline Franchise, US. The Product Manager,MenQuadfi will drive and coordinate a cross-functional approach insupport of franchise strategic initiatives and ensure a dynamic andmulti-faceted approach to tactical execution. Main Responsibilities:

• Support the developmentof franchise strategy and lead development of a cross-functionaltactical plan, inclusive of monitoring and adaptation
• Improvingbrand growth and business performance by leveraging real-time dataand results, and deeply understanding the behavior change ofcustomers
• Defining and implementing a segmentation strategy thatidentifies the brand opportunities and informs deployment andexecution
• Capitalizing on market/brand/customer opportunitiesbased on changing customer demands, competitive activities, andmarket trends
• Identifying insight gaps and recommending marketresearch to meet strategic goals and monitor performance
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of business performance andidentification of shifting trends and/or areas for enhancedbusiness focus or data/analytics
• Developing execution plansincluding personal promotion, omnichannel and business to businessin solutions, in partnership with key stakeholders
• Refiningstrategies to adjust to changing competitive landscape and changingHCP and consumer vaccination behaviors and beliefs

Master’sDegree Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years ofpharmaceutical or vaccine experience
• Minimum of two (2) years ofpharmaceutical or vaccine marketing experience
• Strong criticaland strategic thinking skills
• Strong project management andproblem-solving skills
• High comfort level with data, analyticsand forecasting
• Experience with developing personal andnon-personal promotion tactical plans
• Proven ability to partneracross a matrixed organization
• Experience achieving efficienciesthrough effective organization and time management
• Excellentoral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention todetail
• Creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptionaloverall business insights
• Experience in working with RC (MLR) andpharmaceutical or vaccine environment
• Experience achievingefficiencies through effective organization and time management

• Experience in US meningococcalvaccine market
