  • open the New pile every 10 minutes, scan the subject, and drag the card to Hardware, Account, or Billing
  • tap Priority and select Normal unless the rule engine flashes red for urgent cases
  • press Confirm so automation assigns an engineer and punches a timestamp into the ledger When the queue is empty, hit Export to create a shift graph that curves upward with each resolved case—proof your lane stayed clear and customers stayed happy.
