After our sales team wins a project, you’ll become the main contact person for the client to manage their project to make sure it’s delivered on-time and on-budget.

As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in understanding business requirements and defining the solution architecture that translates these requirements into effective, workable solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes, offering recommendations that propel the business forward.

Your success will be driven by your proficiency in::+ Design and architect e-commerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.+ Develop technical specifications and system architecture documentation.+ Lead the development team in implementing best practices for Salesforce Commerce Cloud.+ Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of e-commerce applications.+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.+ Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and industry trends.+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.+ Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• + A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)+ Typically, no less than 4
• 6 years relevant experience in e-commerce development, with a focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels+ Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture and best practices.+ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.+ Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration with third-party systems.+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.+ Willingness to travel based on client need

• Ideally, you’ll also have
• + Degree emphasis in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree in one of these areas preferred+ Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is a plus.+ Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
