  • Position Summary
  • We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Senior Manager of B2B Product Strategy to lead the evolution of our digital health and wellbeing platform.

While the product is used by individual members of health plans and employer groups, this role ensures that the product’s vision, features, and roadmap align with the strategic goals of our true buyers-employers, health plans, and other organizational clients. You will serve as the voice of these B2B stakeholders, shaping the product experience to deliver measurable value in their wellbeing strategies and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities+ Own the B2

B Product Experience:

Execute on growth strategies and define product enhancements that align with the goals of organizational buyers, ensuring the product supports their broader health and wellbeing objectives.+

Product Financial Modeling & Pricing:

Contribute to pricing strategy and financial modeling to ensure product offerings are both competitive and aligned with business objectives. Partner with finance and sales teams to evaluate ROI, cost structures and revenue opportunities.+ Client Advocacy in

Design:

Represent B2B client needs during product design, influencing user flows, customer journeys, and engagement strategies to reflect the priorities of the purchasing organization.+

Content & Messaging Strategy:

Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging aligns with B2B client needs, brand voice, and engagement goals.+

Incentive Strategy Execution:

Lead the development and optimization of turn-key rewards and behavioral incentive offerings that support client-defined outcomes.+

Support & Service Model Definition:

Define how the product supports buyers through features like employer portals, self-serve reporting, and client-facing tools.+

Feature Adoption & Optimization:

Monitor and improve adoption and engagement of B2B-specific features to ensure clients realize value from their investment.+

Client-Facing Product Representation:

Act as a product expert in client meetings, sales consultations, and strategic discussions, translating client needs into actionable product strategies.+

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure product features meet legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements for B2B clients.+

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead without direct authority, driving alignment and compromise across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and client-facing teams.

  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications+ 7-10 years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting roles+ Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment+ Strong understanding of B2B2C models, especially in digital health, wellness, or benefits+ Experience with incentive programs, client consulting, or regulatory compliance+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills•Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience working with employer or payer benefit teams+ Background in digital health, wellness platforms, or employee engagement tools+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and comfortable working with internally developed tools and standard business applications (e.
