Expected salary range for this position is $103,846 to $145,386 annually. This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a hybrid or remote set up. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and present regularly to senior leadership, articulating product strategies, performance metrics and roadmaps. This is a critical role that requires subject matter expertise in payments and fraud.
Responsibilities Include:

Strong analytical thinking, a member first mindset, and the ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic product backlog. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products, from ideation to launch and iteration. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry trends. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness. Analyze product performance and member behavior to drive data-informed decisions balancing user needs with business goals. Identify and mitigate fraud risks when designing and launching new payment features or enhancements. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess fraud impact, continuously leading the configuration, tuning and ongoing improveme nt of digital fraud detection systems. Evaluate and integrate fraud prevention tools and technologies into the product roadmap. Partner closely with Risk and Fraud teams to develop risk signals collection and machine learning prevention strategies. Understand market trends, including industry, competitive, and technology trends related to digital wallet/digital payment such as contactless payment, real time payments, and other emerging technologies. Manage and coordinate the analysis and review of digital, online, and mobile transactions to limit fraudulent activity and reduce chargebacks, while promoting emerging payment technologies for the credit union.
Certifications :
CSPO preferred Experience Required 5 year(s): 5+ Experience in Digital Product with a focus on payment systems and fraud mitigation Preferred Experience in Verafin/BioCatch is a Plus. Experience in Google Analytics Preferred. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Education Required Bachelors or better
