Job Summary Altice USA is aleading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Videoservices in the United States for Business and ResidentialCustomers. The Product Development organization is responsible forthe technology enablement and development of these technologies forour customers along with the tools used by our teams to supportthem. The Manager, Product Management of Video Services will join arapidly growing Product Operations organization focused ondelivering exceptional customer experiences through optimization ofour product quality and operational processes. A successfulcandidate will ensure processes and technologies are efficient,data-driven and aligned with the organizations strategic goals byfostering collaboration, data visibility, improving processes andfocusing on overall product quality. Responsibilities Enableexceptional customer experiences for our IP Video Services offeredto B2C and B2B customers. Collect, manage and analyze data relatedto product performance and customer feedback. Includes servicessuch as Installation, LiveTV, Video-on-Demand, Personal CloudRecordings, OTT Video Applications and UI/UX delivered overAndroidTV Managed Set-Top Boxes as well as 3rd party devices.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes proceduresand product information Develop, track and improve KPIs measuringproduct success and operational efficiency. Identify and implementimprovements to streamline product management and development.

Identify and implement improvements to improve customercommunication and reduce contact rates. Establish a feedback loopwith internal/external stakeholders to drive continuousimprovement. Ensure rigorous testing and validation processes tomaintain high product quality and reliability. Plan and executeproduct launches, ensuring seamless coordination with all relevantteams. Introduce capabilities to do effective A/B testing ofreleases across test populations. Develop and enforce standardizedprocedures and best practices for product launches Identifypotential risks in product operations and develop mitigationstrategies. Provide training and support to team members on bestpractices, tools and processes. Leverage and manage tools andtechnology to enhance product operations and collaboration Driveinnovation by identifying implementing new tolls, technologies andmethodologies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on productoperations, performance and strategic initiatives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, informationtechnology or related fields Minimum seven to ten years ofexperience in the Product Management, Product Development orEngineering Background in quality assurance or testing andvalidation processes Experience conducting user testing andgathering feedback to improve the user experience. Techniques forusability testing, A/B testing and analyzing user behaviorExperience working with IP video service technologies such asTCP/IP, UDP and how these protocols affect video delivery, videoquality and latency Experience working with WIFI technologies andunderstanding of its impact on the video experience Familiaritywith how CDNs work to distribute video content, reduce latency andimprove performance Comfortable with video formats and standardsUnderstanding of DRM technologies and the impact they have on thecontent and customer experience Experience with key video qualityand engagement metrics such as startup time, buffering events,playback failures, completion rate, viewer retention and timewatched Follower of market trends for emerging video technologiessuch as VR, AR and AI video enhancements Proficiency in dataanalysis and interpretation leveraging tools like Tableau or PowerBI Experience with product delivery tools like Jira and ConfluenceDemonstrated experience solving performance and data issues byapplying experience/knowledge Knowledge of scripting or automationtools can be an asset Proven verbal and written communicationskills to interact effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated problem-solving skills to identify issues, proposesolutions and implement improvements Focus on customer feedback,ensuring that products meet user expectations and customersatisfaction At Optimum, were fueled by our four core pillars:

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position inthe posted location is $123,379.00 – $202,694.00 / year. Therate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time ofhire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
