Salary:

$80,000 -$110,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a passionate anddynamic Product Development Specialist to join our team in themanufacturing industry. This role is designed for a highlymotivated and experienced individual who has a strong background inProduct Development and Design, working in the CPG industry. Theideal candidate will be responsible for the entire productdevelopment process, from conception to market launch. You willhave the opportunity to work on exciting projects, pilot testinginnovative products, and conducting research to improve our productofferings. JobDetails Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire productdevelopment process, including the initial concept, design, pilottesting, and final product launch. 2. Conduct comprehensive marketresearch to understand consumer needs and identify potentialopportunities for new product development. 3. Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, andmanufacturing, to ensure products are developed to meet businessand customer requirements. 4. Pilot test new products and conductquality assurance checks to ensure they meet our high standards andregulatory requirements. 5. Use your expertise in candy to developinnovative and exciting products that will delight our customers.6. Continually evaluate the success of existing products anddevelop strategies for improving them based on customer feedbackand market trends. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends andadvancements in the manufacturing industry to ensure our productsare always ahead of the curve. 8. Develop and manage the productdevelopment budget and timeline, ensuring projects are delivered ontime and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Business, or a related field. 2. 3 years of experiencein product development, preferably in consumer goods, food &beverage, or manufacturing industry. 3. Proven experience incommercialization, product costing, sourcing, and packaging. 4.Experience from conceptualization to commercialization for newproduct launches. 5. Strong research skills and the ability toanalyze market trends and consumer behavior. 6. Excellent projectmanagement skills, with the ability to lead and manage multipleprojects simultaneously. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and theability to think creatively and innovatively. 8. Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workeffectively with cross-functional teams. 9. Proficiency in usingproduct development software and tools. 10. A passion for creatingproducts that delight customers and drive business success.
