Job Summary Altice USA is aleading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Videoservices in the United States for Business and ResidentialCustomers. The Product Development organization is responsible forthe technology enablement and development of these technologies forour customers along with the tools used by our teams to supportthem. The Product Operations Manager II will join a rapidly growingProduct Operations organization focused on delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences through optimization of our product qualityand operational processes. A successful candidate will ensureprocesses and technologies are efficient, data-driven and alignedwith the organizations strategic goals by fostering collaboration,data visibility, improving processes and focusing on overallproduct quality. Responsibilities Enable exceptional customerexperiences for our Broadband Services offered to B2C and B2Bcustomers. Collect, manage and analyze data related to productperformance and customer feedback for our broadband servicesincluding DOCSIS modems/gateways, FTTH modems/gateways, home WIFImesh services, home installation, device and service management.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes proceduresand product information Develop, track and improve KPIs measuringproduct success and operational efficiency. Identify and implementimprovements to streamline product management and development.
Identify and implement improvements to improve customercommunication and reduce contact rates. Establish a feedback loopwith internal/external stakeholders to drive continuousimprovement. Ensure rigorous testing and validation processes tomaintain high product quality and reliability. Plan and executeproduct launches, ensuring seamless coordination with all relevantteams. Introduce capabilities to do effective A/B testing ofreleases across test populations. Develop and enforce standardizedprocedures and best practices for product launches Identifypotential risks in product operations and develop mitigationstrategies. Provide training and support to team members on bestpractices, tools and processes. Leverage and manage tools andtechnology to enhance product operations and collaboration Driveinnovation by identifying implementing new tolls, technologies andmethodologies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on productoperations, performance and strategic initiatives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, informationtechnology or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of experience inthe Product Management, Product Development or Engineering.
Background in quality assurance or testing and validationprocesses. Experience conducting user testing and gatheringfeedback to improve the user experience. Techniques for usabilitytesting, A/B testing and analyzing user behavior. Experience withbroadband technologies such as DOCSIS and FTTH and their networkarchitectures. Experience working with WIFI technologies andunderstanding of its impact on the home experience Proficient withbroadband specific tools such as TR-069 and SNMP Comfortable withnetworking technologies such as
TCP, UDP, DHCP
Experience with keybroadband quality and engagement metrics such as speed, latencyjitter. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation leveragingtools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with product deliverytools like Jira and Confluence. Demonstrated experience solvingperformance and data issues by applying experience/knowledge.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools can be an asset. Provenverbal and written communication skills to interact effectivelywith cross-functional teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills toidentify issues, propose solutions and implement improvements.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position inthe posted location is $77,112.00 – $126,684.00 / year. Therate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time ofhire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
