Job Summary Altice USA is aleading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Videoservices in the United States for Business and ResidentialCustomers. The Product Development organization is responsible forthe technology enablement and development of these technologies forour customers along with the tools used by our teams to supportthem. The Senior Product Manager of B2B Services will join arapidly growing Product Operations organization focused ondelivering exceptional customer experiences through optimization ofour product quality and operational processes. A successfulcandidate will ensure processes and technologies are efficient,data-driven and aligned with the organizations strategic goals byfostering collaboration, data visibility, improving processes andfocusing on overall product quality. Video,UCAAS Collect, manage and analyze data related to productperformance and customer feedback. Create and maintain detaileddocumentation for processes procedures and product informationDevelop, track and improve KPIs measuring product success andoperational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements tostreamline product management and development Establish a feedbackloop with internal/external stakeholders to drive continuousimprovement. Ensure rigorous testing and validation processes tomaintain high product quality and reliability. Plan and executeproduct launches, ensuring seamless coordination with all relevantteams. Introduce capabilities to do effective A/B testing ofreleases across test populations. Develop and enforce standardizedprocedures and best practices for product launches Identifypotential risks in product operations and develop mitigationstrategies. Provide training and support to team members on bestpractices, tools and processes. Leverage and manage tools andtechnology to enhance product operations and collaboration Driveinnovation by identifying implementing new tolls, technologies andmethodologies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on productoperations, performance and strategic initiatives. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, informationtechnology or related fields Minimum seven years of experience inthe Product Management, Product Development or EngineeringBackground in quality assurance or testing and validation processesExperience working with B2B products and services includingSecurity Services (SDWAN / SASE), Network Services (Pro WIFI,Private 5G/Managed Router), Connectivity Services (PON, XGSPON,DOCSIS, DIA, IoT), Voice and Video Services (CCAAS, SIP, IP Video,UCAAS) Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation leveragingtools like Tableau or Power BI Experience with product deliverytools like Jira and Confluence Demonstrated experience solvingperformance and data issues by applying experience/knowledgeKnowledge of scripting or automation tools can be an asset Provenverbal and written communication skills to interact effectivelywith cross-functional teams Demonstrated problem-solving skills toidentify issues, propose solutions and implement improvements Focuson customer feedback, ensuring that products meet user expectationsand customer satisfaction At Optimum, were fueled by our four corepillars: Taking Ownership, Upholding Transparency, CreatingCommunity, and Demonstrating Expertise.
