Job Summary Altice USA is aleading provider of Mobile, Broadband (DOCSIS, Fiber) and Videoservices in the United States for Business and ResidentialCustomers. The Product Development organization is responsible forthe technology enablement and development of these technologies forour customers along with the tools used by our teams to supportthem. The Senior Product Manager Care and Field Tools will join arapidly growing Product Operations organization focused ondelivering exceptional customer experiences through optimization ofour product quality and operational processes. A successfulcandidate will ensure processes and technologies are efficient,data-driven and aligned with the organizations strategic goals byfostering collaboration, data visibility, improving processes andfocusing on overall product quality. Responsibilities Enableexceptional customer experiences for our Care agents, Fieldtechnicians and customers. Collect, manage and analyze data relatedto application performance, internal and external customer feedbackfor the mobile and browser-based applications used by our Careagents and Field technicians. Create and maintain detaileddocumentation for processes procedures and product informationDevelop, track and improve KPIs measuring product success andoperational efficiency. Identify and implement improvements tostreamline product management and development. Identify andimplement improvements to improve customer communication and reducecontact rates. Establish a feedback loop with internal/externalstakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Ensure rigoroustesting and validation processes to maintain high product qualityand reliability. Plan and execute product launches, ensuringseamless coordination with all relevant teams. Introducecapabilities to do effective A/B testing of releases across testpopulations. Develop and enforce standardized procedures and bestpractices for product launches Identify potential risks in productoperations and develop mitigation strategies. Provide training andsupport to team members on best practices, tools and processes.

Leverage and manage tools and technology to enhance productoperations and collaboration Drive innovation by identifyingimplementing new tolls, technologies and methodologies. Provideregular updates to stakeholders on product operations, performanceand strategic initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, engineering, information technology or relatedfields Minimum five to seven years of experience in the ProductManagement, Product Development or Engineering Background inquality assurance or testing and validation processes Experienceconducting user testing and gathering feedback to improve the userexperience. Techniques for usability testing, A/B testing andanalyzing user behavior Experience with broadband technologiesincluding DOCSIS and FTTH Understanding of broadband devices(modems/gateways) and in-home WIFI technologies Familiar with theinstallation processes for broadband and video services Experiencewith iOS and Android development processes and applicationecosystems Knowledge of mobile application architectures and howmobile apps are structured Familiar with submission and updateprocesses for Apple App Store and Google Play Store Understandingof backend technologies and cloud service (Google Cloud) Knowledgeof mobile application security best practices, data encryption, andauthentication Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers anddevelopers to provide an intuitive user experience Proficiency indocumenting processes, workflows and best practices to promoteknowledge sharing Experience using debugging tools and techniquesfor identifying and resolving issues in mobile apps Experience withkey mobile application quality and engagement metrics Proficiencyin data analysis and interpretation leveraging tools like Tableauor Power BI Experience with product delivery tools like Jira andConfluence Demonstrated experience solving performance and dataissues by applying experience/knowledge Knowledge of scripting orautomation tools can be an asset At Optimum, were fueled by ourfour core pillars: Taking Ownership, Upholding Transparency,Creating Community, and Demonstrating Expertise. The starting pay rate/range at time of hirefor this position in the posted location is $92,534.00 -$152,021.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is theanticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect futurejob opportunity.
