This is a unique opportunity to lead CX at the intersection of nature, technology, and design. As Director of Customer Experience Design, you’ll work closely with the CEO and the Director of Product to shape and scale a bold vision
- crafting experiences that connect hardware and software into an unforgettable connection with nature.
You’ll define strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive the next phase of growth through innovative, insight-led storytelling. Key Outcomes Deliver a Seamless, Story-Driven App Experience. Make doing good feel good. Turn Product Opportunities into Transformational Experiences. Partner closely with Product Management to translate strategic opportunities into user-centered experiences that unlock value and drive business growth. Own and Elevate the Brand-Centered Experience. Champion the intersection of brand and product
- shaping the tone, visual language, and emotional impact across all user and customer touchpoints.
Build a Culture of Design Excellence. Foster a high-performing, curious, and collaborative design culture that thrives on insight, innovation, and a relentless focus on the customer. Key Qualifications 10+ years designing across hardware and software, with deep knowledge of U.S. market and user behaviors. Strong intuition for how people live and use technology in the U.S.
- translates cultural insight into thoughtful design.
Builds feel-good products that deliver both utility and emotional resonance. Champions user needs with compassion and clarity; known for crafting inclusive, human-centered experiences. Sharp on insights, fast to connect dots, and decisive in action. Strong in CX, brand strategy, and customer research. Hands-On & Impact-Oriented. Comfortable in ambiguity, focused on outcomes.
