About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Product Manager – Executive Director to develop, execute, and maintain a strategic roadmap for its Market Making Services offering. This role will align the objectives of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) with financial resource capacity and the firm’s overall risk appetite. Through ongoing analysis of evolving market structures and the competitive landscape, the position is expected to identify optimal trading protocols, liquidity dynamics across security types, and strategic clearing opportunities. By monitoring upcoming regulations, the role will help ensure that compliance risks are proactively managed. Additionally, the position will engage with senior leaders at market-making firms to support cost-effective product delivery, achieve strong performance in client scorecard evaluations, and strengthen overall client relationships. This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents. In this role, you will: Lead highly complex initiatives for financial, client and risk management within Securities Product Management Identify the origination, modeling, portfolio management and all risk management including compliance and operational risk Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex initiatives that require an in-depth evaluation Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions Make decisions requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures and compliance requirements Conduct due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary and provide research on relevant industry trends Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

10+ years of experience institutional client financial services businesses Experience building and scaling broker-dealer clearing businesses Knowledge of best-practices in on-boarding market making clients in an efficient and risk-controlled manner 3+ years of experience leading risk teams Experience with establishing and maintaining exchange memberships

Job Expectations:

Registration for FINRA Series 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
