Team / Division Overview The Product Division is the product owner and is responsible for all project strategy, development and management while driving innovation in how we offer solutions to clients. Within the Product Division, the Alternatives Product Specialists and Development team collaborates closely with the Investments, Client Coverage and other key divisions supporting a range of Illiquid/Alternative solutions and products across Real Estate, Infrastructure and Alternative Credit.
You will be part of Alternatives Product Management acting as a center ofpetence for the management of the product life cycle. This includes managing product events, adapting existing products as well as contributing to the creation of new products. Whilst working closely with colleagues across global Alternatives, the Product Management function acts as an interface to Illiquid Operations and other support functions (in particular: Legal, Compliance, Risk) to ensure a smooth, high-quality and efficient processing of our products, including maintenance of all product related documentation.
Role Details Working for Alternatives Product Management you will be responsible for:
Supporting Alternative products including Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Credit with a primary focus on managing and monitoring the on-going product life phase post launch.
Acting as a point of contact for the Alternativesanization across the product life cycle
Maintaining stakeholder relationships in Alternatives as well as the broader DWSanization
Managing processes related to product events and coordinating adjustments to product-related documents (e.g., product prospectus), coordination of fund ratings process, reporting etc across alternative asset classes.
Supporting the gap analysis, impact assessment and implementation of new regulations and other relevant developments and changes that may impact existing and new products and product documentation.
Supporting product publications as well as internal and externalmunications
Management and on-going maintenance of DWS product databases.
We are looking for: Experience of Alternative asset classes ideally with a particular focus on Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Credit.
Proven transferrable skills relating to Alternatives Product Management such as project management, analytical andanizational skills, including attention to detail and a solid understanding of fund documentation such as investor prospectuses, RFPs and DDQs
Ability to build strong relationships with a range of teams and individuals and influence oues.
An open mind to embracing new challenges coupled with a strong sense ofmitment and a pro-active approach to self-development.
Good Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Xcel and PowerPoint, skills.
Educated to degree level or with relevant professional experience

The salary range for this position in New York is $80,000 to $142,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentivepensation or any other type of remuneration.
