DescriptionAmazon Publisher Cloud is a game-changing new service that operates at the intersection of advertising, secure signal collaboration, and cloud services. In this role you will be a key member of an entrepreneurial team tackling some of the most exciting and complex opportunities in digital advertising. In this role, you will work closely with SDEs, FEEs, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, Data/Applied Science, and partnering with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data products. You will also partner with business counterparts like BDs, AMs, SAs and other roles to help drive the customer facing advertising initiatives. You will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detail-driven, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. About the team Amazon Publisher Services helps digital publishers around the world build and grow thriving businesses. We provide services and advanced technologies to web, mobile app and streaming TV publishers of all sizes, including many of comScore’s global top 100, to help them monetize their content with demand from multiple programmatic buyers. Our server-side header bidding solutions are fast and reliable across devices, handling billions of queries per day, delivering ads in milliseconds. The result is more profitable advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers.

Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development timelines across several large engineering organizations to deliver on strict timelines
  • Work with cross functional product leaders to drive execution of an ambitious product roadmap
  • Be the voice of the team across multiple layers of the organization and drive multi-year planning activities.
  • Act as mentor and role model for other members of the teamBasic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmapsPreferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
