This Senior Product Manager is a highly ambiguous role that will develop new DA-facing products and services to help improve the DA experience. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, be comfortable with complexity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, excellent relationship building skills, and stellar product management capabilities. To be successful, you must also have very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will own communicating product health crisply in various business reviews.

This role will help us answer questions, like: how do you improve the experience of hundreds of thousands DAs through product offerings, and what solutions will drive retention and hiring efforts. This individual negotiates services on behalf of our DSP partners to make them successful. This requires the placement of new services as well as an ability to challenge the status quo repeatedly.

  • This role is available in NYC or Nashville
  • Key job responsibilities Lead and deliver innovative or net new product initiatives to drive step changes in DA experience and remove DA pain points and barriers.

Directly influence and collaborate with WW product and technology teams. Own the performance metrics to measure DA satisfaction of the product offering. You will be required to have clear, precise, and regular communication with all stakeholders. This includes ongoing status reports as well as capturing requirements. You will retrieve and analyze data and insights to solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context. You will monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program. Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams. Own business review metrics and documentation, along with driving strategic initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology productsPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.
