SVP, Head of Media Product Job Location:

Atlanta, Boston, Chicago,Norwalk, New York City We’re the world’s leading data, insights, and consulting company; we shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere. About the Role We seek an innovative Head of Product to lead our Media Advertising Efficiency product strategy across North America. This leader will be responsible for driving innovation, growth, and execution of product initiatives that measure and optimize the impact of media investments for advertisers, agencies, and publishers. In a market where signal loss, privacy regulation, and brand accountability are rapidly reshaping the measurement landscape, this role is pivotal in delivering innovative, privacy-safe solutions that help advertisers prove and improve media performance. You’ll lead the regional product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with data science, engineering, marketing, commercial, and client teams to deliver actionable insights and best-in-class solutions that address the evolving needs of the advertising ecosystem. Product Strategy & Roadmap Lead the North America product strategy for media effectiveness—brand lift, sales lift, audience insights, and creative diagnostics—across major tech platforms. Translate macro trends (privacy, signal loss, walled gardens) into product opportunities that drive competitive differentiation. Customer & Market Insight Deeply understand customer needs across advertisers, agencies, and platforms in the tech ecosystem (e.g., performance marketing teams, brand marketers, media planners). Use qualitative and quantitative research to identify unmet needs in measuring and optimizing paid media across digital environments. Product Development & Innovation Work closely with data science, engineering, and UX to deliver scalable, self-serve, and automated insights solutions that meet client and partner needs. Develop data partnerships (e.g., with social/video platforms, publishers, or clean rooms) that unlock new measurement capabilities. Go-To-Market & Commercial Partnership Collaborate with marketing, client service, and sales to drive adoption of new products and features, ensuring commercial teams are enabled with positioning, value props, and training. Join key client conversations to evangelize the product vision and gather feedback from top-tier accounts. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts focused on effectiveness and outcomes measurement. Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, customer obsession, and accountability. Qualifications 15+ years in product management, with a strong track record in ad measurement, martech, or data/insights platforms. Deep understanding of digital media measurement—especially brand lift, A/B testing, incrementality, MTA, or panel-based research methodologies. Proven success in tech-forward environments with products that integrate with or analyze media on platforms like Meta, YouTube, Reddit, or TikTok. Experience competing against or building alternatives to solutions from Disqo, Upwave, Lucid, Nielsen, or Dynata. Strong fluency in the digital media tech stack—DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, pixels, identity resolution, clean rooms, etc. Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills, especially with commercial teams and external platform partners. Comfortable navigating a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with both strategic and tactical responsibilities. Preferred Skills & Traits Entrepreneurial approach with an eye for whitespace in a competitive landscape. Experience with privacy-first measurement (e.g., modeled lift, federated measurement, or clean room environments). Familiarity with self-serve SaaS platforms and building for ease of use and scale. Strong analytical orientation; ability to work closely with data science to bring experimental rigor into product decisions.
