We’re working with a venture-backed startup building AI agents that support critical workflows in a high-trust, process-heavy industry. Their technology is already in use at major professional services firms, with plans to expand deeper into audit, compliance, and financial reporting.
With strong product-market fit and engineering investment underway, they’re looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to help shape and scale their core platform.
About the Role
This is a zero-to-one product role, ideal for someone who enjoys building technical products in fast-moving environments. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and domain experts to design and deliver tools that drive real operational impact.
This role requires someone who’s both deeply technical and highly user-oriented-able to bridge product vision with engineering execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of AI-powered tools for specialized, complex workflows
Define product specs and roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams
Translate user needs into detailed technical requirements
Build user empathy through direct engagement and rapid feedback loops
Prioritize initiatives and make architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering
What They’re Looking For
4-8+ years of product management experience in a technical or startup environment
Strong technical fluency; able to contribute meaningfully to architectural discussions
Experience bringing products from 0 to 1
Fast learner with a first-principles mindset and strong user intuition

Bonus:
