Implements product development, advertising, viability, and marketing/sales strategies. Maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and advises a team on relevant Marketing processes / policies in support of the overall Marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Increase sales and profitability of the assigned product lines Be the internal champion for the assigned product lines and provide leadership team updates on business needs and direction. Analyze market and develop product strategy to drive share growth for the segment Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products. Work with Senior Product Manager to direct marketing communication for assigned product lines Collaborate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to develop product requirements and specifications for new product development. Provide guidance for developing sales and marketing tools that assist the field sales force in their selling efforts of assigned product lines. Ensure customer satisfaction through the sales and order processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 6 + years of experience in an industrial or HVAC segment Traveling up to 10% is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree Experience with DOAS and WSHP systems Strong analytical and problem solving skills Working knowledge of SAP Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Due to customer contractual agreements, must be a US citizen, green card holder, or permanent resident of USA. #
